This medication is used to alleviate various types of pain such as headaches, toothaches, sore throat, as well as post-operative pain, joint pain, back pain, muscle pain, shoulder stiffness, pain from bruises, pain from fractures or sprains, and menstrual pain. Additionally, it helps reduce body temperature during chills or fever, providing fever-reducing effects. In summary, this medication reduces discomfort caused by various pains and fever, effectively improving the patient's symptoms.
For individuals aged 15 years and older: take up to 1 tablet twice daily and avoid taking it on an empty stomach. The dosage interval should be at least 6 hours apart.
This medication contains acetaminophen, which may affect the liver; therefore, those who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. To prevent liver damage, this medication should not be taken in doses exceeding 4,000mg per day, and it should not be used in combination with other medications containing acetaminophen. If any unusual reactions such as skin rashes or itching occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Persons with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or its components, those who have experienced asthma, and infants under three months of age should not take this medication. Avoid concurrent use with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medications, or sedatives, and consult healthcare professionals about any current illnesses or medications before use. Particular caution is warranted for children, elderly patients, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those with liver or kidney disorders. If symptoms like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, swelling, skin rash, or difficulty breathing occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. This medication should not be used in children under the age of two, and when administering to children, the proper dosage and administration under parental supervision must be followed. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment. Rarely, serious metabolic acidosis may occur when this medication is taken alongside the specific antibiotic flucloxacillin; thus, it should be used carefully under medical supervision. Finally, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, kept away from direct sunlight, and in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it should not be transferred to other containers to maintain quality.

Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication.
