  • Chronic heart failure
  • reduced left ventricular ejection fraction
  • symptomatic chronic heart failure
View approved original text

This medication is used for patients with symptomatic chronic heart failure with a left ventricular ejection fraction of less than 45%. It is especially effective for patients who have experienced hospitalization due to heart failure or have received treatment with intravenous diuretics. This medication helps reduce the risk of death from cardiovascular disease and the risk of hospitalization due to the worsening of heart failure. Furthermore, it can enhance the treatment effect when used in conjunction with other heart failure medications. It plays an important role in improving cardiac function and enhancing the quality of life for patients. Therefore, it is actively recommended for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
