Once oral medication can be taken, it is recommended to use appropriate analgesics immediately. One must check whether acetaminophen is included in other medications to avoid overdose. Individuals who consume large amounts of alcohol daily must consult with healthcare professionals before taking this medication, as the risk of liver damage may increase. If symptoms like skin rash, hives, or severe allergic reactions occur after taking this medication, immediate cessation and notification to healthcare professionals are required. People allergic to acetaminophen or this medicine, those with severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, and individuals with aspirin-induced asthma should not take this medication. This medication may rarely cause various side effects such as liver dysfunction, blood disorders, neurological issues, and skin rashes; report any unusual symptoms to healthcare professionals immediately. This medication may interact with other drugs, so it is crucial to inform about any medications currently being taken, especially when combining with certain antibiotics, anticonvulsants, or anticoagulants. It does not affect driving or operating machinery, but should not be mixed with other medications. Children and the elderly should use the minimum effective dosage and monitor for adverse reactions closely, especially in cases of high fever. During pregnancy, the potential effects of this medication on the fetus should be carefully considered, and in nursing mothers, although a small amount is secreted in breast milk, there are no reports of adverse reactions.
