This medication is used for allergic reactions such as allergic rhinitis, conjunctivitis, dermatitis, and chronic urticaria.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults and children aged 12 years and older, administer 10mg of Evastin orally once daily. Adjust dose appropriately according to age and symptoms.

Child dose

For children aged 6-11 years, administer 5mg once daily.

Precautions

This medication contains lactose and may cause hypersensitivity reactions such as diarrhea in children or adolescents sensitive to lactose; consult a doctor if such symptoms occur. Patients with an allergic reaction to this medication or with severely impaired liver function should not take it. Caution is needed for patients with liver disease or a history of liver issues, as liver function may worsen while taking this medication. Patients taking medications that may affect heart rate or those with abnormal heart rhythms should use this medication cautiously. Caution is required when taken with certain antifungals or antibiotics, as drug concentration may increase.
