Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who are hypersensitive to its components. It should be used cautiously in patients with prior adrenal dysfunction due to systemic steroid treatment, and if any allergic reactions occur, treatment should be immediately discontinued, and alternative therapy should be sought. Care should be taken when using in patients with heart disease, prolonged QTc interval, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, or certain other conditions. It should also be administered carefully to patients with hypokalemia, pneumonia, or pulmonary tuberculosis, and particular attention is necessary for patients with narrow-angle glaucoma, prostatic hypertrophy, or urinary retention. When using this medication, do not abruptly stop treatment, and it should not be used to treat acute bronchospasm or acute exacerbations. Systemic steroid side effects may occur with high doses or prolonged use, so regular check-ups are necessary. After inhalation, rinse the mouth and throat with water or brush teeth to prevent side effects like oral candidiasis. Consult a physician before administration during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and it is not recommended for children under 18 years of age. This medication may interact with other medications, so inform your physician or pharmacist if you are taking other medications. In case of overdose, appropriate treatment and monitoring based on symptoms are necessary.
