Rapid relief treatment of moderate pain (post-operative) and fever
This medication is used for the short-term treatment of moderate pain, particularly post-operative pain. It is also used when rapid intravenous administration is necessary due to pain or high fever, or when oral administration is difficult. It helps to treat fever in a short period. In other words, it is used for the rapid alleviation of post-operative pain and fever.
For adults weighing over 50kg: 1000mg of acetaminophen per dose, administered 4 times a day, with a minimum interval of approximately 4 hours between doses. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 4 grams. For children weighing 33kg (approximately 11 years) and above, and adults weighing less than 50kg: administer acetaminophen at approximately 15mg/kg (this medication at 1.5ml/kg) per dose, with a minimum interval of 4 hours. The maximum daily dose should not exceed 60mg/kg or 4 grams.

This medication must be used while adhering to the exact dosage. Confusing milligrams and milliliters can lead to serious side effects or dangerous situations. When oral medication can be taken, it is advisable to use an appropriate analgesic as soon as possible, confirming whether acetaminophen is included in other medications to avoid overdose. This medication can burden the liver, so the recommended dosage should not be exceeded, and immediate treatment is required if signs of liver damage occur. Patients with liver diseases should consult a doctor before use, and routine liver function tests are necessary when taking high doses for prolonged periods. People who frequently consume alcohol daily must consult a specialist before taking this medication; otherwise, the risk of liver damage is high. Very rarely, severe skin reactions may occur; if a rash or hypersensitivity reaction appears, immediate discontinuation is necessary, and a doctor's consultation should be sought. Patients allergic to this medication or those with severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, as well as patients taking certain medications, should not use it. Caution is especially needed in cases of liver or kidney impairment, bleeding tendency, asthma, elderly individuals, or during pregnancy or lactation, and consultation with a doctor is advised when necessary. Rarely post-administration, fatigue, low blood pressure, increased liver enzymes, blood disorders, neurological disorders, skin rashes, etc., may occur, and any abnormal symptoms should be reported to medical personnel. When taken with other medications, interactions may occur; particularly when taken with probenecid, salicylamide, isoniazid, anticoagulants, etc., follow the instructions of a professional. It does not affect driving or machine operation, but it should not be mixed with other medications. Pediatric and elderly patients should take the minimal dosage and be closely monitored. Pregnant and lactating women should carefully evaluate the benefits and risks when taking this medication, and consult a doctor if necessary. Patients with severely impaired kidney function should ideally have increased dosing intervals. In case of overdose, serious symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and liver damage may occur, and immediate hospital treatment is required, including receiving an antidote as soon as possible. This medication should not be stored at temperatures exceeding 30 degrees Celsius, refrigeration or freezing should be avoided, and it should be checked for discoloration or foreign substances before use, using only once.

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air and moisture ingress and should be kept at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will maintain the efficacy of the medication and prevent degradation.
