Short-term relief of moderate pain (post-surgery) and fever
This medication is used when intravenous administration is required for quick relief of pain or high fever. It is particularly effective for the treatment of moderate pain following surgery and short-term fever. It can rapidly alleviate symptoms even in situations where other routes of administration are difficult. Therefore, it is used for short-term treatment of moderate pain and fever.
Adults weighing 50kg or more Administer acetaminophen 1000mg per dose, four times daily. Dosing interval should be at least 4 hours. Maximum daily dosage should not exceed 4 grams. For patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance ≤30ml/min), a dosing interval of at least 6 hours is recommended. Method of administration: Administer intravenously over 15 minutes.

This medication must be administered at the correct dosage. Care must be taken to avoid confusion between milligram and milliliter units, as this can lead to severe poisoning or death. Once oral administration becomes possible, it is recommended to use appropriate analgesics immediately. Check whether other medications contain this drug's ingredient to avoid overdose. Exceeding the recommended dose can cause serious liver damage, so the dosage must be strictly adhered to. Symptoms of liver damage typically appear 2 to 6 days after administration, and immediate treatment should be sought if symptoms are suspected. Patients with weakened liver function or liver diseases must consult a physician before taking this medication, and regular liver function tests are needed for those taking high doses over extended periods. People who consume alcohol frequently should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication, as the risk of liver damage increases when taken with alcohol. If serious skin rashes, blisters, or red spots occur during the use of this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and medical consultation should be sought. Such symptoms, though rare, can be fatal. Individuals with allergy reactions or hypersensitivity to this medication should not use it. Patients with peptic ulcers, severe liver impairment, kidney impairment, cardiac dysfunction, a history of aspirin-induced asthma, or those taking certain other medications should also avoid administration. Patients with liver impairment, kidney impairment, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, tendency for bleeding, heart dysfunction, asthma, the elderly, children, or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and individuals taking certain medications should be treated with caution. This medication can rarely cause various adverse reactions such as decreased blood cell counts, increased liver enzymes, kidney issues, and skin rashes. There may be drug interactions, so especially those taking specific antibiotics, anticonvulsants, or anticoagulants should consult their physician. This medication does not affect driving or machine operation, and should not be mixed with other medications. Children and the elderly should take the minimum dosage and be monitored for adverse reactions, specifically in cases of high fever. The use of this medication during pregnancy is considered relatively safe, but it must be taken under a physician's judgment. It can also be used by breastfeeding women, but caution is necessary. Patients with severely impaired kidney function should use an extended dosing interval. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and abdominal pain may occur, and in severe cases, liver cell destruction, brain disease, and death may result, requiring immediate hospital treatment. This medication should not be stored at temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius, and refrigeration or freezing should be avoided. Before use, check for discoloration or foreign substances, and since it is for single use, any remaining solution should be discarded.
Urticaria, severe swelling (edema), anaphylactic shock, anaphylaxis, severe allergic reactions, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, severe skin adverse reactions, acute liver failure leading to liver transplantation and death, liver abnormalities (jaundice), acute kidney failure, severe edema accompanied by increased blood pressure, shock.

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air and moisture ingress, preferably at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will help maintain the medication's effectiveness for a longer period.
