This medication is used to effectively control symptoms in adult asthma patients and improve respiratory function by combining a long-acting beta 2 agonist with an inhaled corticosteroid. The combination therapy helps better manage asthma symptoms and aids in reducing the frequency and severity of asthma attacks. Therefore, this treatment plays a significant role in improving the quality of life for asthma patients.
The usual dose is to inhale 150/25 μg twice daily, or 300/25 μg twice daily.
