This medication is used to relieve various symptoms associated with the cold. Additionally, it helps relieve systemic symptoms such as chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. How to take
Adult dose
For adults 15 years and older: take 1 capsule three times a day 30 minutes after meals
Precautions
This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen ingredient in this product can rarely cause severe skin reactions. If you experience a rash or hypersensitivity symptoms after taking it, you should discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000 mg; care should be taken not to exceed this while taking this medication along with other acetaminophen-containing products. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain its quality.

Serious side effects

- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory abnormalities accompanied by cough and fever → asthma, interstitial pneumonia
- Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), severe malaise throughout the body
Mild side effects

Interactions
Drug interactions
This medication should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's medications, etc.), cough suppressants and expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Additionally, consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking it along with diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, and tricyclic antidepressants.
