Creatinine clearance (mL/min)a ≥50: Recommended interval for taking 300mg: every 24 hours Creatinine clearance (mL/min)a 30-49: Recommended interval for taking 300mg: every 48 hours Creatinine clearance (mL/min)a 10-29: Recommended interval for taking 300mg: every 72-96 hours Patients on hemodialysis: Recommended interval for taking 300mg: every 7 days or approximately 12 hours after completion of hemodialysisb a. Precautions

Stopping this medication can lead to a rapid worsening of hepatitis, so patients who discontinue treatment should be monitored regularly for liver status over a long period. People who are allergic to this medication or its components should not take it, and it should not be used in cases of certain genetic disorders, such as lactose intolerance. Co-administration with certain specific medications is prohibited, so it's essential to discuss the combination therapy with a physician. Common side effects during treatment may include diarrhea, headache, nausea, rash, etc. If adverse symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor's consultation is required. It can be used relatively safely during pregnancy, but medication should only be taken under a doctor's guidance, and nursing mothers are recommended to avoid breastfeeding. Children and the elderly should carefully consider the dosage and the decision to take it based on kidney function and overall health status. In case of overdose, patients should visit a hospital immediately for proper treatment, and the components of this medication can be partially removed through dialysis.
