How to take

Adult dose

This medication should be taken orally, divided into two doses per day without regard to meals. 1. Neuropathic Pain - Peripheral Neuropathic Pain: Starting dose is 150 mg per day, can be increased to 300 mg per day in 3 to 7 days, may be further increased to a maximum of 600 mg per day at intervals of 7 days if necessary. - Central Neuropathic Pain: Starting dose is 150 mg per day, can be increased to 300 mg per day after 1 week.

Child dose

Precautions

This drug may increase the risk of suicidal thoughts and behaviors; therefore, if mood changes or abnormal behavior occur during treatment, you should immediately inform your healthcare provider. Diabetic patients may need to adjust the dosage of blood sugar control medications due to weight gain. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as confusion, drowsiness, depression, and seizures may occur, and urgent medical attention is required. Keep out of reach of children and take care not to transfer to other containers.
