Adult dose

Subsequent increases can be made to a maximum of 600 mg once daily at 7-day intervals. - Central neuropathic pain: Starting dose is 150 mg once daily, with an increase to 300 mg once daily after one week.
Child dose
The use of this medication is not recommended for children under 12 years of age and adolescents aged 12 to 17 due to insufficient data on safety and efficacy.

This medication is used to treat peripheral and central neuropathic pain in adults and is used as an adjuvant for partial seizures in patients with epilepsy. It also helps alleviate symptoms in patients with fibromyalgia. It is effective for various nerve-related disorders.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication is to be taken orally, divided into 2 doses per day without regard to meals. 1. Neuropathic Pain - Peripheral neuropathic pain: Starting dose is 150 mg once daily, with a possible increase to 300 mg once daily after 3 to 7 days. Subsequent increases can be made to a maximum of 600 mg once daily at 7-day intervals. - Central neuropathic pain: Starting dose is 150 mg once daily, with an increase to 300 mg once daily after one week.

Child dose

The use of this medication is not recommended for children under 12 years of age and adolescents aged 12 to 17 due to insufficient data on safety and efficacy.

Precautions
