How to take

Adult dose

This medication is administered orally, divided into two doses per day, regardless of food intake. 1. Neuropathic Pain - Peripheral Neuropathic Pain: Starting dose of 150 mg per day, can be increased to 300 mg per day after 3 to 7 days, if necessary, can further increase to a maximum of 600 mg at intervals of 7 days. - Central Neuropathic Pain: Starting dose of 150 mg per day, increase to 300 mg per day after one week.

Child dose
