In instances of overdose, symptoms such as fatty liver syndrome, amino acid excess, and hyperglycemia may occur, so the rate and dosage must be strictly controlled. This medication contains soybean oil, fish oil, and egg yolk lecithin, which can rarely cause allergic reactions, thus patients with a history of allergies should exercise caution. To prevent infection during administration, aseptic conditions should be maintained, the infusion site should be checked frequently, and regular blood tests and liver function tests should be conducted during long-term administration. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding must carefully consider the safety of this medication in consultation with their doctor if necessary.
