Patients with impaired kidney function may experience deterioration of kidney function, and those with respiratory diseases may suffer from dyspnea. Gastrointestinal symptoms may include nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and in rare cases, allergic reactions such as rashes or itching may occur. In the case of overdose, symptoms may include lowered blood pressure, reduced heart rate, decreased heart function, dyspnea, and consciousness disturbances, requiring immediate medical attention and appropriate treatment. This medication may discolor due to light; therefore, store it in a light-blocking container and keep it out of reach of children.
