View approved original text

This medication effectively controls blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension, thereby reducing cardiovascular burden. Additionally, it helps improve symptoms in heart failure patients who have intolerance to ACE inhibitors and fall under NYHA classification II to IV. It is also useful in reducing mortality risk after myocardial infarction if there is left ventricular dysfunction or decreased contractility. Therefore, this medication is used for hypertension, certain heart failure cases, and post-myocardial infarction treatment.
