How to take

Adult dose

This medication is administered orally, twice daily, regardless of meals, with the total daily dosage divided into two doses. 1. Neuropathic Pain - Peripheral neuropathic pain: Starting dose is 150 mg daily, which may be increased to 300 mg daily after 3 to 7 days. If necessary, it may be further increased to a maximum of 600 mg daily at 7-day intervals. - Central neuropathic pain: Starting dose is 150 mg daily, after one week.
