Adult dose

Adults: Take 10 mL every 4 hours. Do not exceed 60 mL in 24 hours. Follow your doctor's instructions.

Child dose

Children aged 12 years and older: Take 10 mL every 4 hours. Do not exceed 60 mL in 24 hours. Follow your doctor's instructions. Children aged 6 years to under 12 years: Take 5 mL every 4 hours. Do not exceed 30 mL in 24 hours. Follow your doctor's instructions. Children aged 2 years to under 6 years: Follow your doctor's instructions.

This medication should not be taken by those who are allergic to specific ingredients or are sensitive to adrenergic agonists or antihistamines. Women with special conditions or those who are nursing, patients with severe hypertension or coronary artery disease, and those undergoing treatment with MAO inhibitors should also avoid taking this medication. Patients with severe respiratory issues such as glaucoma, urinary problems, peptic ulcer, asthma, or chronic lung disease should not use this medication. Patients taking sedatives or tranquilizers need to be cautious when taking this medication. Those with chronic bronchitis, heart disease, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate hypertrophy, and other conditions should carefully follow the doctor's instructions. Due to the adrenergic-stimulating ingredients, side effects such as anxiety, tremors, dizziness, breathing difficulties, insomnia, and cardiac arrhythmia may occur. Particularly sensitive individuals to phenylephrine may experience an increased heart rate or symptoms like headaches and nausea, so caution is advised. Allergic reactions to antihistamines can cause drowsiness, dizziness, decreased appetite, vomiting, and dermatitis. This medication can cause drowsiness, so it should be avoided if taken with alcohol or sedatives, as it may exacerbate drowsiness. Children may become overly excited when taking this medication, so caution is necessary. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or are accompanied by a high fever, consult a doctor immediately. Avoid consuming alcohol during treatment, and refrain from activities requiring concentration, such as driving or operating machinery. Do not exceed the prescribed dosage, and consult healthcare professionals immediately in case of overdose. If symptoms like dizziness, insomnia, or nervousness occur, it is safe to discontinue use and consult a doctor. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place. It is important to store it in the original container to maintain quality and ensure safe use.
