This medication is primarily used to improve constipation. It also helps alleviate symptoms that may arise from constipation, such as loss of appetite, abdominal distension, abnormal fermentation in the intestines, and hemorrhoids. Dosage
For individuals aged 15 and above and adults, take 1/2 packet to 1 1/2 packets twice daily on an empty stomach (before meals or between meals). Begin with the minimum dose and adjust gradually while monitoring the shape and condition of the stool.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals suffering from acute abdominal conditions, those with bowel obstruction, or children under 3 years of age. It is advisable not to take this medication within 1 hour of consuming antacids or milk. Individuals experiencing severe abdominal pain or symptoms of nausea, vomiting, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, individuals taking other medications, and those with a history of allergies or family history should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash or redness, itching, severe abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort, or cramps occur during use, immediately discontinue use and consult a professional. Moreover, if constipation does not improve after using this medication for about one week, it is necessary to stop taking it and consult a physician. The prescribed dosage and administration must be strictly adhered to, and prolonged use can lead to tolerance to the medication and worsening of constipation, so it is recommended not to take it for more than a week. If daily use of laxatives is required, it is important to investigate the cause of constipation. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place.
