Caution should be taken if you have an allergy to penicillin antibiotics or if you have a history of asthma or skin rashes. Patients with severe kidney disease, those who have difficulty with oral intake, elderly individuals, or those in poor general health should be observed closely as they may exhibit signs of vitamin K deficiency. Long-term or unnecessary use of this medication may lead to antibiotic resistance; therefore, taking it only for the prescribed duration by a physician is crucial.
