  I visited for tattoo removal, and overall, I was really satisfied. Honestly, I had heard a lot about how painful tattoo removal can be, so I was nervous going in, but from the consultation, they explained everything in a comfortable manner, which eased my mind a lot. They carefully examined the current state of my tattoo and detailed how many sessions I would need and how to care for it afterward, which made me trust them. During the procedure, they kept asking if I was okay and I could feel they were genuinely trying to minimize the pain. What I appreciated most was that they didn't just push for the procedure but explained everything honestly based on my condition. They also provided thorough instructions for aftercare, so I can manage it at home without worry. ☺️

  I waited about an hour, and they proceeded without checking the design. It felt like a factory... It's really no different. There was no guidance on how long I would be lying down, and I waited for about 50 minutes just lying there. They kept saying they would come, but I waited a long time... The person who did the consultation and applied the numbing cream was kind, but the rest of the staff were lacking in guidance, and they didn’t check when I was leaving, which was a bit disappointing. The price was reasonable, but it raised questions since they kept researching the same places for Shrink. I don’t plan to come back!!! I think I’ll just be satisfied with this one experience and see how it goes. There are no bruises.

  Today, I had Botox for my jaw, contour injections, and Ultherapy all at once! The consultation before the procedure was thorough, so we could proceed in a direction that suited my face shape, and the staff were friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout. The jaw Botox wasn't as painful as I expected, and the contour injection was finished quickly. The Ultherapy felt warm during the process but was bearable. There's not a huge change yet since it's right after the treatments, but I feel like my jawline looks tidier, and I'm excited about the swelling going down and seeing the results soon. The clinic was clean, and I didn't have to wait long, which made me satisfied. I plan to consider additional treatments after monitoring my progress.
