About This Treatment

We improve the jawline and neck line by combining liposuction and platysma muscle tethering according to the cause of the double chin.

Through a small incision under the chin, we can remove fat above the platysma.

We can open the platysma to remove larger fat deposits inside.

Depending on the degree of sagging, we can either directly tie the platysma or tie and reposition it after an oval incision.
