I went to see the doctor because I was coughing a lot. The doctor was kind and the nurses were kind too.

I struggled with chronic sinusitis (sinus infection) due to thick yellow mucus, severe nasal congestion, and postnasal drip that even caused headaches. It was particularly uncomfortable feeling pressure every time I bent my head and having trouble with smells. Eventually, I couldn't stand it anymore

The nurses are kind^^ The doctor is thorough during the consultation I’m satisfied with the advice given I had a comfortable experience during my visit.

I'm very happy. The nurse at the reception is kind. The doctor applied it without any pain.

☆The doctor was unfriendly. I wish they were a bit kinder. It would be great if they could stop speaking to patients in a dismissive tone. It's surprising that someone who studies a lot reacts so emotionally to what the patient is saying.
