I didn't like how the reception nurses treated the patients in a very businesslike manner. I wish the doctor would speak more warmly.

The hospital is doing well, and the doctor explained everything I needed to know very clearly. I was also satisfied.

I took my mother to see the doctor because her cough and cold have gotten worse. I'm worried since she's older. She did get the pneumonia prevention shot last time, but I hope she gets better soon.
