The nurses who provide consultations are really kind and friendly. The doctor is also nice and thorough, which makes me feel at ease coming to the hospital.
The doctor explained everything kindly and in detail, and the treatment didn't hurt at all. I received a prescription, and I'll make sure to take it properly.
