Generally up to age 18 at pediatrics/adolescent medicine. From ages 13–15, some patients transition to adult specialties by preference. Newborns are also seen here.

Fever in infants under 3 months requires immediate hospital visit. For older children, see a doctor immediately for fever above 39°C, decreased consciousness, seizures, breathing difficulty, or signs of dehydration. Antipyretics can be used from 38.5°C.

Vaccinations follow the national schedule from birth to age 12. BCG and Hepatitis B at birth; DTaP, polio, MMR, etc., at ages 1–6. Detailed schedules are in the maternal-child health booklet and at public health centers.

Free infant/toddler health screenings — 8 total visits from 14 days to 71 months. Includes physical measurements, developmental assessment, vision, hearing, oral exam, and parenting consultation. Helps catch growth and developmental issues early.

Visit a nearby Moonlight Children's Hospital or emergency room. Moonlight Children's Hospitals operate on weekday nights and holidays, cost less than ERs, and have shorter waits. Call 119 immediately in emergencies.
