그냥 발이 편안한 신발을 신곤 했는데 굽이 얕은신발로 신어줘야되네요 신발살때 참고해서 사야겠어요
Researchers at the University of Florida in the United States analyzed data on more than 700 runners from sports centers and hospitals, their shoe types and injury histories, and their running gaits obtained from special treadmills and motion capture video.
As a result, thick-heeled shoes confused the runner's gait,
It was closely linked to injury. People wearing these shoes had difficulty accurately sensing how their feet landed with each step.
“Shoes with thick heels make it harder for runners to detect when their heel or toe hits the ground,” said Dr. Heather Vincent, the study’s lead author. “Runners who were able to accurately feel midfoot or toe strike tended to have shoes with thin heels.”
The researchers recommended wearing flat shoes to reduce the risk of injury. Flat shoes increase ground feel and help runners develop a more controlled landing technique.
Suddenly switching to a new type of shoe or changing your landing pattern can put you at risk for injury. Dr. Vincent also said, "You need to learn to strengthen your feet by moving away from high-heeled shoes and switching to shoes with adequate cushioning. It can take up to six months for this to become natural."

When exercising, shoes with thin heels allow the movement of the feet
It allows you to feel and walk with stability.
When you walk, do you wear sneakers?
I just walk in whatever is comfortable for my feet.
If possible, I guess a thinner heel would be better.
