He revealed his personal sleep secret, saying, "Whenever I roll my eyes when I can't fall asleep at night, it always works."

 

Close your eyes.

Look all the way to the left, then return to the center.

Look all the way to the right end and then return to the center.

Look upward, then rotate your eyes clockwise in a full circle.

Turns their eyes counterclockwise as well.

Finally, cross your eyes as if looking at the center of your nose to create a strabismus-like effect.

 

Gordon emphasized that "repeating this process naturally leads to falling asleep" and stated that he has not repeated this method more than twice.

 

Rolling your eyes promotes melatonin secretion.

He explained that the act of rolling the eyes upward plays an important role in regulating the body's sleep-wake cycle. According to the research, rapid eye movements that occur during REM sleep stimulate melatonin secretion. This provides important evidence linking sleep hormones and eye movements.
