[Question] Can I continue eating dairy products that affect female-related diseases?

I eat a lot of dairy products to intake protein, probiotics, and calcium.
I make yogurt with low-fat milk, also take protein powder, and eat cheese every day.
But I saw OTube.
Dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt are also included among the main causes of female cancers.

I was surprised to hear that dairy products, which I thought were good for health, are actually not.ㅠ

They say the milk itself from cows is not good, but what's even worse is
Milk from cows that have grown with growth hormone is more problematic. Saturated fats in the milk are also not good.

Actually, one slice of cheese contains about 27% of the daily recommended saturated fat intake.
Yogurt and other dairy products also contain saturated fats, so it adds to the total.

I am eating calcium-enriched cheese for bone health, but I am worried about whether I can continue eating it like this.
Yogurt contains not only protein but also calcium, so I plan to eat it every day.
I want to build muscle, so I take protein powder before and after workouts.

Calcium is difficult to meet the daily requirement with just vegetables, calcium-fortified soy milk, or whole fish eaten with bones, but since one slice of cheese contains about 50% of the daily calcium needs, I thought it was perfect and was eating it diligently.

Calcium supplements can provide about 30% of the daily required amount.
Taking calcium supplements with high content can circulate in the blood and potentially cause calcification, so I only take them in low doses because it's considered not good.

I'm not sure how to compensate for the lack of calcium if I reduce dairy products.

Should I reduce the amount of dairy products I consume?
How are you managing your intake of protein and calcium?

[Note: Causes of female cancers]

Foods high in animal fats
Meat raised with growth hormone injections
fried foods, deep-fried foods
Sodium nitrite in processed meats such as ham and sausages
