However, one serving of eel (200g) contains 300mg of cholesterol, which exceeds the recommended daily total cholesterol intake (200mg/dL) for hyperlipidemia patients, so these patients should avoid excessive consumption.

 

For those with poor liver or kidney (renal) function, consuming high-protein nourishing foods can lead to excessive buildup of protein metabolic waste and potassium, which may further worsen kidney function.

 

☆Patients with gallstones should also avoid high-fat nourishing foods. ☆Gallstones are often found in people who frequently consume high-fat foods rich in cholesterol.

 

While nourishing foods are good, it is more important to eat a balanced diet three times a day regularly. ☆ Eating seasonal fruits appropriately is also one way to boost immunity.
