As you well know, when it comes to dieting, 90% is diet and 10% is exercise.
From what I feel, the basic principle of a diet plan is low-carb, high-fat.
To be more precise, this is a high-fat, moderate-protein, low-carbohydrate diet.
Limit refined carbohydrates, sugar, fructose, and added sugars as much as possible.
Consume an appropriate amount of protein and a high proportion (70%) of fat.
It is good to consume a lot of dietary fiber and vinegar.
This is my secret tip.
Do not go on a diet that involves starving yourself at all costs.
Consider the balance of muscle, fat, and bone, and engage in my favorite exercise without overdoing it.
