[Jangsu-wang] Aerobic exercise for dieting and health

Actually, I didn't start this for dieting. As I got older, last year in 2023, my body here and there...

 

It has rapidly worsened and become a full-scale general hospital. The shoulder is affected by frozen shoulder, and the digestive system has also deteriorated.

 

I started going to the hospital. I developed problems in my feet, issues with my finger joints, and even problems with my head.

 

There was not a single corner of my body that didn't hurt. In this situation, I do nothing at all to become even a little healthier.

 

I started exercising that I hadn't done before. And that exercise isn't anything special. Just using one more step of the stairs.

 

Walk 7,000 to 10,000 steps a day, along with simple strength exercises such as dumbbell workouts or push-ups.

 

It was about doing strength training alongside that. Even now, after about a year and a half has passed, I still think that...

 

My health has improved a lot. Of course, I am less healthy than when I was not sick before, but I still used to spend hundreds of dollars on hospital bills.

 

It's much better than last year. I think it's thanks to the medication, or maybe because I started doing some diet and avoiding things that are bad for my body, even if only a little.

 

I don't know if it's thanks to the exercise I did diligently. However, the snacks and rice I used to eat haven't decreased that much.

 

I didn't do it, but rather my weight became more stable, and my belly didn't protrude that much, actually a little more.

 

I have entered. Of course, it's not because I lost weight due to illness, but still, it's thanks to aerobic exercise.

 

I think. Don't think of dieting as just dieting; instead, focus on improving your body for health.

 

I think it's good to think and do.
