그냥 시간만 태워서 자전거를 탔었는데 방법을 바꿔봐야겠네요. 인터벌이 확실히 효과가 좋아보이네요.

There are many people who ride bicycles for exercise, right?
I bought an indoor bicycle for the New Year this year.
I mainly walk for exercise.
During the rainy season, heatwaves, or the cold of winter, such as these days
Outdoor exercise is often affected by the weather, so there are many times when it's disappointing.
So, I bought an indoor bicycle and try to ride it for more than 30 minutes every day.
At first, I rode for about 30 minutes at a low intensity that suited my stamina.
Maybe because my stamina isn't very good, even just that much makes me breathless and covered in sweat.
However, I found that riding with intervals is more effective.
Interval training involves alternating between low-intensity and high-intensity exercises.
It is mainly based on heart rate.
Heart rate above 120-130 is considered high intensity; below that is considered low intensity.
Alternating back and forth for 1 to 2 minutes.
I found it really, really hard, haha.
So I can't do it for long haha I guess my stamina is still too poor.
That much calorie burn must be intense!
It will also be more helpful in building strength.
If you ride a bicycle for dieting
I recommend doing interval training.
