So, the diet I chose is

It is a fasting method where you fast for 16 hours during the 24 hours of a day, then eat within an 8-hour window, allowing the stomach to rest during the fasting period.

Before I started eating the cabbage comprehensive salad like I do now, I was taking 9 to 11 different supplements, including a multivitamin, calcium, probiotics, vitamin D, and omega-3, to the point where I felt like I would be full just from taking pills.
