The first method was to fast for 18 hours and eat only two meals a day. Since I live in an apartment, I didn't take the elevator and instead used the stairs. Even when I had no errands, I would climb the stairs in the park in front of my house and also take the stairs when coming back home. I walked and took the stairs for an hour during my commute. After losing 5 kilograms, I am currently maintaining my weight.
