Diet - Walking

Walking has become very common these days.

Many people are walking a lot, aren't they?

Honestly, I haven't been walking for that long.

He didn't do it, and he's trying to walk in his own way.

Compared to before walking

My legs hurt even after walking just a little before I start walking.

I gave up after walking a little, but as I endured that and kept walking steadily,

The pain disappeared and I felt better.

And I think I am maintaining my weight and feeling healthy.

I recommend walking as an easy and comfortable form of exercise.

Appropriate for oneself without overdoing it

You should walk, maybe walk fast enough to sweat a little.

    저도 약 10년전 쯤에,
    한 30분 걸어도 발바닥과 종아리가 아프던데,
    이제는 웬만큼 걸어도 기분이 좋아요^^
