I am planning to go on a diet, but losing weight is not easy. My diet plan is nothing special.

5. Do enough stretching one hour after dinner. (Good for targeted fat loss)
※And the most important thing is, when eating, nibbling at your food as if you want to take it away. It may not look good, but it actually helps with dieting.
When you eat while nibbling, you naturally chew your food longer. Chewing slowly and thoroughly increases the feeling of fullness, which helps reduce your intake.
So, although it's not a large amount of weight loss, I lost about 2kg over six months. Also, holding one stretch pose for about a minute is important.
