I decided to lose weight for my health.
I started walking 10,000 steps every morning and made sure to walk at least 10,000 steps about five days a week.
But after reading an article that walking too much can also be a strain, I set a goal to walk regularly, not necessarily 10,000 steps, and engaged in walking exercise.
Exercise is important, but diet cannot be ignored, so I have long been eating fruit, boiled eggs, and almonds for breakfast once a day.
Above all, I significantly reduced my carbohydrate intake, and my weight visibly decreased.
