Blood sugar management exercise) Running 5km

 

I have been running for a month. When I move my body and exercise, my muscles require a large amount of glucose. Since intense exercise can cause sudden hypoglycemia, I need to measure my blood sugar before exercising and adjust my workout accordingly.

 

In my case, I carry emergency food in case of hypoglycemic shock and always bring bottled water to prevent dehydration. I recently went jogging 5 km, and my blood sugar dropped significantly compared to before exercise. I highly recommend jogging!
