Wigobi (One Month Review)

My body can't handle the calories it's consuming and is about to turn into a pig.

On top of that, I can't stand the hunger before falling asleep at night, so I always have to go to bed with a full stomach, which means I even eat a late-night snack right before going to sleep.

I always had to eat something sweet like dessert after a meal.

Eating snacks like bread or cookies in between meals.

Monthly food expenses are about 1 million won.

I have tried taking appetite suppressants of various types from time to time, but

I became irritable, my head felt foggy, and I was so sensitive that I couldn't sleep at night, so I gave up on appetite suppressants.

Around the time my BMI was 30 and my liver enzyme levels hit 147,

I heard the news that a medicine called Wigobi has been released in Korea.

I debated for three months whether or not to get it.

I thought I wouldn't live out my full lifespan if I continued living like this.

Started Wigobi injections after visiting the hospital and consulting.

I usually eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

First injection, 0.25mg

First day.

No sensation when inserted into the stomach.

When the injection goes in, I feel a sharp sensation followed by a throbbing pain.

I don't feel anything yet. Just eating, sleeping, and pooping like usual.

Day 2.

My stomach, which would normally rumble like crazy demanding food, is a bit quiet. It’s not that I’m not hungry at all, but somehow I feel like I don’t need to eat.

Still, I had a good meal for lunch.

By evening, I didn't feel hungry.

It feels like the lunch I ate hasn't gone down yet.

It's not like it's super filling or anything, hmm, just right?

It's been 6 hours since I ate?

Still, whether it's due to habitual (mental) hunger or the thought that I always eat at this time, I do end up eating something.

But I can't eat much.

Eating one 15cm Subway sandwich was just the right amount.

Strangely enough, I don't think about dessert or anything sweet.

So I ate just one Subway and fell asleep around 12 o'clock.

I don't think about food until I fall asleep.

 위고비 맞아 본 (한달 후기)

From the moment I woke up on the second day

Nausea and vomiting continued until the third day.

I watched it, wondering if it was a side effect,

It started getting better from the fourth day.

Day three.

I don't really feel like eating.

Not only do I feel like I’m starving to death, but I also don’t feel hungry even before a meal.

I wasn't thinking about anything until lunchtime, but after hearing that I should still make sure to eat on time, I went to a soup restaurant.

Normally, I would easily finish two bowls of rice with one bowl of soup,

After eating about three-quarters of the rice soup, I started to feel full.

It wasn't that I was full, but I put down my spoon because I didn't want to waste the money I spent on the injection.

No hunger until evening.

I was wondering if I really needed to eat dinner, but then I ordered Subway again.

I couldn't finish a whole Subway. I ate about three-quarters and put it down.

Even though there were cookies and soda left next to it, I didn't feel like eating them, so I threw them away.

Fourth day.

Headache started.

On this day, I think I only ate about half of my usual meal plus snack amount, and

In the middle of work, I always get a migraine that feels just like when I have indigestion.

I asked the hospital, and they said it seems like a side effect, but it might get better if I take Tylenol, so I should try it.

I had a simple lunch of two boiled eggs and half a piece of bread.

Taking Tylenol and digestive medicine.

The headache disappeared after about an hour.

For dinner, I kept it simple and just had one meal replacement protein shake.

No hunger.

Fifth to sixth day.

Persistent headache on an empty stomach.

However, it disappears if I eat a simple meal and take Tylenol.

Not just hunger, but even a lack of hunger.

Seventh day.

I felt a little hungry when I woke up in the morning.

I think the effect of the medicine has worn off.

I can't eat just a light meal, so I'm really craving a hearty bowl of kalguksu.

Received the second Wigobi injection in the afternoon.

I don't snack between meals. For dinner, I eat half a bowl of rice and one can of tuna.

I definitely still have the feeling that the food is taking a long time to go down from my stomach.

Because six hours after eating, I burp and the food smells awful...

Day 8–Day 14.

The amount of food consumed has decreased noticeably.

I don't feel hungry even if I don't eat,

Even if you eat something really simple, it’s not exactly filling, but,

I can feel that I ate just the right amount.

I ended up going to an expensive marinated crab restaurant in the middle of it all.

I ate a lot out of gluttony,

I finished a whole bowl, thinking, "It's expensive and delicious, after all."

The moment I eat a little more, my stomach can't handle it.

I feel nauseous and have the urge to vomit.

I put down my spoon there and went home with a queasy stomach.

I came home feeling really full, but I ended up with an upset stomach.

It suddenly started pouring down heavily.

I resolved to really only eat a little from now on,

Even if there is a company dinner or a meal gathering,

With the actual effects of Wigobi + the greed to stop eating it

I took a few bites and put the spoon down.

Day 14,

3kg weight loss, third injection.

With the amount of food reduced to the same level,

No major side effects.

From day 15 to day 30,

I got the injection on time, reduced my food intake, and lost about 4 kilograms.

I got my fourth shot today.

Next week is the day to increase the dosage.

I'm half excited, half worried.

They say the first dose is for reducing side effects and allowing time to adapt,

I'm already feeling the effects, so I think the effect would be better if I got a stronger dose,

I am worried that I might experience headaches or other side effects.

Still, food expenses have decreased a lot so far, and

I don't feel tired or exhausted, so I'm very satisfied so far.

I plan to gradually increase the amount up to 2.4.

summation:

Piggy, after hesitating, I tried the Wigobi for a month.

Lost 4kg so far in one month.

My appetite has definitely decreased. My food intake has decreased. My food expenses have decreased.

Side effects include headache and slight nausea, but it is fine if you take Tylenol.

If there is anyone who is worried

Even though it is expensive, the effect is certain.

I think I'll be satisfied if it fits.
