Hello? I am a drinker in my 40s. Even as I age, I don't have any special hobbies, so I usually enjoy drinking alcohol.
I usually eat with acquaintances, but sometimes I eat alone as well.
Like most drinkers, I don't have a particular preference for a specific type of alcohol, but I mainly enjoy wine or soju.
I usually drink about 1 to 2 bottles of soju each time I drink. On average, I think I drink about three times a week.
Yes, it's almost every other day. Still, I always feel compelled to cut down on drinking.
Perhaps because I run 5 km for 30 minutes a day for health management, I don't have any particular problems yet.
Still, as I get older, each next day becomes more tiring, and honestly, alcohol is more of a negative for health than a positive.
I often think that I should reduce my drinking (though I can't quite make up my mind to quit completely), but after work, when I watch TV at home or meet friends outside, I still find it awkward without alcohol, so I haven't been able to follow through well.
I honestly can't even imagine how those who successfully abstain or limit their alcohol intake manage to overcome it.
