(Helpful Tip) My Method for Successfully Quitting Smoking
Hello? I smoked cigarettes for about 10 years, and it has been about 10 years since I quit.
I don't think about cigarettes at all now, but when I first quit, the first week to two weeks were the hardest and most challenging.
In such cases, something that helps me is a lollipop like "Chupa Chups."
When I desperately thought about smoking, I used to suck on candy like I was smoking a cigarette, and maybe because of the sweetness, it gave me some psychological comfort(?)
During that period, I avoided drinking gatherings altogether and tried to sleep early whenever possible.
I tried to reduce the time I think about cigarettes at all costs. (Because I don't think about cigarettes while sleeping.)
However, above all, I believe that one's own will and the active help and support of close family and friends are most important.
