I have been consistently taking collagen twice a day, morning and evening, because I heard it plays an important role in maintaining skin moisture and is good for preventing skin aging and improving skin elasticity.
But maybe it's because I'm slow, but I don't really see any major visible effects yet.
Does collagen really have an effect on skin health?
I'm not seeing any noticeable effects, so I'm wondering if I should continue taking it.
