Not a nail shop, but a hospital (Seoul) (for toenails)

My toes are fine and my athlete's foot has almost disappeared.

My ingrown toenails are fine now (I had a hard time with them once or twice)

But the toenails on both feet are not smooth, but rather look like thin layers stacked on top of each other. It's unsightly.

My toenails are a bit ugly, not my little toes.

Is it possible to smooth these out like regular nails?

Then I wonder which hospital I should go to.

Dermatologist? Well, haha
