Hospital (Seoul) related to toenails, not a nail salon

My toes are fine, and my athlete's foot has almost disappeared.

The ingrown toenail is now fine (I suffered a couple of times).

But only the toenails on both sides have a layer, and they are not smooth but look like thin layers stacked on top of each other. It's unsightly, isn't it?

My little toe's nail is a bit ugly.

Can this be smoothed and shaped like a regular toenail?

Then I wonder which hospital I should go to.

Dermatology? Well, I guess so, haha.
