Introducing L Dental Clinic in Dapsimni, Dongdaemun-gu

This was my first visit to the dentist since the coronavirus outbreak, and I had to find a new one after moving.

First, I searched and chose a few hospitals with good word-of-mouth, then visited three of them to get estimates and decided to go there regularly.

Strangely enough, I had my wisdom teeth filled on both sides before, and they broke at the same time.

Considering the hospital atmosphere, facilities, and number of teachers, I decided to go to a place called Elchi Dental Clinic first.

I got a passing grade on my first visit, so I didn't need to go to another hospital.

 

First of all, the facility was clean and there were four directors.

It seems like each specialty is different.

At the counter, two reception staff will guide you.

I went to see if I could make a reservation, but they said I could get treatment right away without a reservation, so I showed them my condition on the same day, got scaling done, got a treatment estimate, and made the next treatment reservation. It was all done in no time.

After the doctor examined me first, the nurse gave me a detailed explanation of the estimate and treatment schedule. She was very kind.

They were all young teachers, but I was surprised that they all spoke exactly like actress Pyo Ye-jin from Model Taxi.

There were also a lot of nurses.

Everyone was really busy moving around.

 

Actually, I had crowns placed on both molars, and the cost of the crowns was 550,000 won per side. It was a similar price to when I had them filled with resin a few years ago, so it was an estimate I had expected to some extent.

I had a little anesthesia, but the speed and accuracy were amazing.

I visited a total of 4 times and had crowns placed on both molars.

Since then, I've been doing well without any issues such as height mismatch or discomfort.

I'm planning to go for a regular checkup in 6 months.
