My back hurt so much, so I went to Haneul Hospital in Dapsimni.

My back would hurt so much for no reason when I sat still. I thought it might be because I was sitting for too long, so I stretched frequently, but there wasn't much improvement.

So I went to Haneul Hospital, a fairly large hospital in the neighborhood.

It is very good because it houses internal medicine, family medicine, anesthesiology and pain medicine, neurosurgery, rehabilitation medicine, and orthopedics, making it convenient to handle multiple matters at once, and the hospital itself is pleasant.

To be honest, since the hospital is quite large and spacious, I was worried that simple treatments might be neglected. However, as expected of a major hospital, everything was systematic, the service was efficient, and the facilities were excellent.

I heard that they specialize in sports rehabilitation and that many famous athletes visit, and that the director is the person who used to be Yuna Kim's personal physician.

I was told my muscles were very stiff, so I went for a consultation and manual therapy. Maybe it's just my imagination, but the soreness has really eased and I feel refreshed.

I regretted having preconceived notions and worrying unnecessarily before even going.

I plan to come to Haneul Hospital even when I need treatment from other departments.
