Review of arm pain treatment at Cham Pyeonhan Orthopedics in Dobong-gu

I visited an orthopedic clinic because the pain had been worsening as I used my arm more recently. After the examination, I was told that my tendons were strained, so I received shockwave therapy, injections, and physical therapy. The shockwave therapy initially felt stinging and heavy, but after receiving it, I felt the tightness in the affected area loosening up. The injections felt like a momentary prick, but they ended quickly, so they weren't burdensome. After receiving physical therapy as well, I felt improved blood circulation, and my arm felt much lighter. As I continued with several treatments, I definitely noticed a reduction in pain, and I realized the importance of maintaining proper posture and usage habits.
