I fell down the stairs on December 11th of last year and have been suffering for over four months. Fortunately, perhaps because I do not have osteoporosis, I did not suffer any fractures; however, the pain was so severe that I couldn't even receive physical therapy at first, and I was only able to start after two weeks had passed. Initially, I received morning appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays, and evening appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For the first month or so, I received steroid injections in my lower back every week and manual therapy once a week. As a result, I have improved significantly, so I went to say goodbye to the director, Dr. Lee Yun-gu, and manual therapist Kim Se-jin, telling them I would only be coming until the end of this month, and I also bought them some snacks. Thank you, doctors.
