Whenever I feel a cold coming on, my throat immediately starts hurting, so I tend to visit an ENT clinic rather than a general internal medicine clinic. I don't know what ingredients in the medicine are responsible, but whenever I take it, I get a stomachache; it is not the cold itself that causes me trouble, but the discomfort in my stomach that makes it difficult. I used to go from one clinic to another because of the medication, but I have settled here a long time ago. I have tried various drugs, and while they require strong medication to be effective, my stomach cannot handle them, so they always end up prescribing the weakest one available. Since I have been coming here for so long, my records are accumulated, allowing them to provide the most suitable treatment for me, so I trust them and continue to visit. I think the ENT clinic suits me well because I can receive treatment when my sore throat is severe.
